Caretaker Co's Return & Refund Policy

We try our best, but we're not perfect.

(RETURN POLICY)

Caretaker Co. will happily accept returns within 30 days on a case-by-case basis.

What we need from you in the message:

  • First & last name (used during checkout)
  • Order Number (provided in the receipt/emails we send you about your order)
  • Reason for return

We pride ourselves in getting back to you in the next 2 hours, however, when we are experiencing heavy traffic, please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

The product must be returned to us in original packaging and unused.

NOTE: Return shipping expense and delivery/shipping method is the customer's responsibility.

(REFUND POLICY)

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed and your money will be sent back to you. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

NOTE: Caretaker Co. will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. (Most shipping costs are paid by Caretaker Co. anyway)

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
